What it is
Black, dry and firmly bitter, with coffee-like roast from unmalted roasted barley and a lean body that finishes fast. Low gravity and high drinkability are the whole point.
Flavor
Room for herbal or earthy/woody.
Coffee/roast and chocolate, with room for grainy, bready/biscuit or sweet/honey.
Clean, with room for fruity esters.
