Description
CO₂ hop extract with the alpha acids and most of the beta removed, leaving the aroma oils. Added late in the boil for hop character in a light-stable beer, or early to knock down foam and lift brewhouse efficiency. Zero alpha is what it is sold as, not a gap in the record.
