What it is
A bigger, bottled-strength take on the Irish stout, with more malt depth behind the roast and a fuller body to carry it. Still dry and bitter at the finish, just with more of everything.
Flavor
Room for herbal or earthy/woody.
Coffee/roast and chocolate, with room for grainy, bready/biscuit, sweet/honey, caramel or dark fruit.
Clean, with room for fruity esters.
