What it is
A strong, distinctly sweet stout brewed for hot climates, often warm-fermented so ripe fruit esters sit alongside the roast. Think of it as a sweet stout scaled up in gravity and turned up in fruitiness.
Flavor
Hops stay in the background: none of their character belongs.
Chocolate, coffee/roast and sweet/honey, with room for grainy, caramel or dark fruit.
Clean and fruity esters.
