What it is
A barleywine-strength ale built on a large proportion of wheat, which gives it a softer, breadier malt profile and a slick, full body. Hops balance rather than dominate, and honey, bread crust and light fruit come forward as it ages.
Flavor
Room for citrus, floral, resin/pine or earthy/woody.
Grainy, bready/biscuit and sweet/honey, with room for toasty, caramel or dark fruit.
Clean, with room for fruity esters.
