What it is
A pale Polish wheat beer made entirely from oak-smoked wheat malt, sharply carbonated and noticeably bitter for its size. The smoke is clean and woody rather than meaty, and the beer finishes crisp and dry at well under 4% alcohol.
Flavor
Room for herbal, spice, floral or earthy/woody.
Grainy and smoke, with room for bready/biscuit.
Clean, with room for fruity esters.
