Description
The Saaz landrace grown in the Hallertau, sometimes sold as Saazer. It keeps the herbal-spicy noble frame and a high farnesene fraction, but German lots usually run a touch more alpha and a shade less of the classic Žatec earth. The continental pick when the bag actually says Hallertau, not Žatec.
