Description
Yakima-grown Saaz. Same plant as the Žatec landrace, but Washington terroir pushes the alpha up and the farnesene down, so the beer reads more herbal-citrus than spicy-earth. A fine noble charge in an American pilsner; not a silent swap for Czech Saaz in a Bohemian lager that depends on that farnesene spike.
