What it is
A tiny, pale wheat beer built around clean lactic sourness and almost no hop presence. It is spritzy, dry and pointedly refreshing, with bread-dough wheat underneath and sometimes a faint barnyard edge from Brettanomyces. Low alcohol keeps it drinkable by the liter.
Flavor
Hops stay in the background: none of their character belongs.
Grainy, with room for bready/biscuit or sweet/honey.
Tart, with room for clean, funk or fruity esters.
