Description

One of the strains modern hazy IPA was built on: genuinely top-cropping, with a fruity ester profile and a soft palate that suits American citrus and tropical hops. It started life as an English pale ale yeast and can leave residual sweetness, though in heavily hopped beers BSI say attenuation creeps toward 80%. Repeated cone cropping shifts the population and its behavior with it.
