Description

A southwest Michigan house strain built for Midwestern IPA and pale ale: gentle citrus and orchard-fruit esters over a light malty finish, balanced rather than assertive, and equally happy in porter, stout or barley wine. BSI publish attenuation only as 'high', so the band here is ours; they give alcohol tolerance as 8–10%.
