Description
Yakima Chief's IPA blend, named for the Greek word for beer and built to sit alongside the C hops rather than replace them. Pineapple and citrus over a light pine and herbal floor, and enough alpha to carry the bittering charge as well as the whirlpool. Like any vendor blend the recipe is the seller's and can move between crops, so the figures describe a typical lot rather than a specification.
