Description
Blended by Hopunion in 2010 and carried on by Yakima Chief, from Pacific Northwest aroma varieties the seller does not name — a proprietary recipe that can move between crops, which is why the analysis is a typical band rather than a specification. Citrus, stone fruit and tropical over a woody, herbal base, and the default single-hop shortcut to a West Coast pale ale. Sales fund brewing scholarships through the Glen Hay Falconer Foundation, which is what the name is for.
