Description
Strisselspalt crossed with an English Yeoman male, and the most useful of the modern Alsace hops: it keeps Strisselspalt's delicacy but adds sweet citrus and stone fruit over it. Beta acid runs above alpha, so it is a late hop for saison and biere de garde rather than a bittering charge.
