Description
Salmon's other Manitoban seedling, sister to Brewer's Gold and released in 1938 after Institute of Brewing trials. Pungent and old-fashioned in the best way: dark red fruit and blackcurrant over a resinous, earthy bitterness, with a cohumulone near half the alpha that makes that bitterness assertive.
