Description
Salmon's 1919 seedling off a wild Manitoban plant, and the root of a startling amount of this catalog — Centennial, Galena, Sterling and Nugget all descend from it. Grown in Germany now rather than Kent, at a modest alpha that makes it a flavor hop: blackcurrant and tea over lemon.
