Description

A Lactobacillus plantarum for kettle souring and co-fermentation, making a lot of lactic acid with tropical fruit and citrus behind it. Inland Island rate it, like their other lacto strains, for worts under about 5 IBU. It sours rather than ferments, so a yeast pitch still follows; the attenuation figure here is nominal against a published under 5 %.
