Description
The Bell’s Brewery house strain, isolated in their own lab and packaged by Imperial: the yeast behind Two Hearted, Oberon and Hopslam, and behind most of their ales that are not Belgian. An American strain with esters it will show you if you let it warm, and hide if you keep it cool. Imperial do not list it among their public strains — it is sold through Bell’s — so the figures here are Bell’s own published ones and there is no maker page to link.
