Description
The first of the LalBrew Limited Release strains, sold for what Lallemand calls Northern IPA: floral and fruity like an East Coast yeast but finishing crisp and clean like a West Coast one, POF negative, hard flocculating, and usable anywhere from 12 to 30 °C. Being a limited release, it may not stay on the shelf.
