Description
The Zatec institute's answer to the imported high-alpha hop, registered in 2000 out of Bor, Sladek, Saaz, Northern Brewer and Fuggle stock. It bitters a lager cleanly at Magnum rates while keeping a Saazer spice underneath, which is the whole reason a Czech brewery reaches for it.
