Before you use it
It cannot fix an underpitch or a cold fermenter — check temperature and cell count first, since energizer added to a genuinely healthy stall just leaves off-flavors behind.
Description
A richer blend than plain nutrient, typically combining nitrogen salts, yeast hulls, thiamine and often a little sugar, aimed at restarting a fermentation that has stopped short. Yeast hulls also mop up the fatty acids that inhibit tired cells.
