Before you use it
Extremely bitter, and unpleasant well before it is interesting: two grams in 20 liters is a real dose. Steeping a tea and blending to taste is far safer than committing it to the kettle.
Description
Artemisia absinthium, the bittering herb of absinthe and the third of the classic gruit botanicals. Intensely bitter with a green, camphorous aroma.
