Before you use it
One tablet is formulated for about 19–23 L; half a tablet is plenty for a small batch. Add it too early and the boil shears the flocs apart, undoing the work.
Description
A compressed blend of purified carrageenan and polyvinylpolypyrrolidone that does the Irish moss job faster and more consistently. No rehydration, no weighing — just drop a tablet in near the end of the boil.
