Description
Paler than Weyermann's standard pilsner malt and made for beers that have to look almost white in the glass. Malty-sweet with light honey, brewable as the whole grist. Enzymes are graded 'high' in words with no Windisch-Kolbach figure, so the diastatic power here is class-typical.
