Description
Italian barley grown on the Adriatic plain north of Venice and malted in Bamberg, and the base an Italian pilsner is built on. Malty-sweet with a light honey note, pale enough to brew as the whole grist. Weyermann grade its enzymes 'high' in words and publish no Windisch-Kolbach figure, so the diastatic power here is class-typical.
