Description
Sold as Brewing Malt Type Cologne, and made for the beer it is named after: pale gold, medium-light in body, with malty-sweet honey and biscuit notes. Brewable as the whole grist for Koelsch, and useful anywhere a pale ale wants a continental base rather than an English one. No Windisch-Kolbach figure is published, so the diastatic power is class-typical.
