Description
High-protein hard white wheat grown through the cool Riverina winter, malted to 83 % extract with a nutty, creamy edge the barley malts do not have. Foam and mouthfeel at a few percent, the body of a wheat beer at half a grist. No diastatic figure is published, so that one is class-typical for wheat malt.
