Description
Smoked at the start of kilning over reclaimed red gum pulled from the Murrumbidgee beside the maltings: heavy, meaty, riverside-campfire smoke and 90 ppm of phenol, the most assertive malt in the range. Still 300 WK, so the smoke is the only thing it changes. The 30 % ceiling is ours — Voyager publish none.
