Description
The chit malt made from Certified Organic barley off the Greenwoods’ farm at Coleambally, and a shade paler and lower in extract than the conventional lot. Same job: ten or fifteen percent for foam, body and haze stability. Diastatic power is not published, so that figure is class-typical for a chit malt.
