Description
Pale malt smoked over sustainably felled mountain ash, which comes out as bacon with eucalyptus and citrus behind it — nothing like beechwood. Fully enzymatic at 300 WK, so it could be the whole grist; at a published 70 ppm of phenol, half is already a lot. Voyager quote no inclusion rate, so that ceiling is ours.
