Description
A hull-less six-row Ethiopian landrace traced to 4500 BC, black in the grain and pale in the glass at 4–8 EBC. No husk means no filter bed, so it wants rice hulls or a mash filter. Voyager publish no diastatic power and the figure here is class-typical for a pale barley malt.
