Description

Wheat malt smoked over Polish oak, which is the grist grodziskie is made of — a pale, tart, smoky wheat beer. The oak smoke is delicate at 4–10 ppm phenols, and the malt is husk-free, so plan the lauter above about half the bill. No diastatic figure is published, so that one is class-typical for wheat malt.
