Description
A chit-type malt whose starch is modified for viscosity rather than color, so the beer finishes a point or two higher with a fuller mouthfeel and a firmer head. Clean, with a distinct cereal note; up to 10 % of any grist. Viking publish color only as a ceiling of 8 EBC, so the figure here is that ceiling and not a measurement.
