Description
The Swaen’s everyday continental pilsner malt: pale, clean and well modified, with a Kolbach index of 35–45 and friability above 80 percent for easy conversion and good runoff. Enzyme reserve of at least 250 WK (about 76 °Lintner) leaves plenty of headroom for adjuncts, so it works as a full grist for lagers or as a neutral canvas under specialty malts in ales.
