Description
The deeper of the two Munich grades, kilned for a fuller malt aroma and a noticeably redder wort, at home in dunkel, bock and malt-forward ales. Extract, moisture and color come from the published analysis; the diastatic power is a class-typical value for dark Munich because no enzyme figure is printed — pair it with a high-enzyme base malt.
