Description
The palest of The Swaen’s base malts, kilned gently to keep color at the very bottom of the range and the flavor crisp rather than bready. Well modified, with beta-glucans held under 250 mg/l and viscosity under 1.6 mPa·s for clean lautering, and enzyme-rich enough at 250 WK minimum to carry rice, maize or other adjuncts in a light lager.
