Description
A pale ale base kilned a touch warmer than the pilsner grades, giving a fuller, biscuity malt character while staying light enough for hop-forward beers. Kolbach index of 37–45 and friability above 80 percent point to thorough modification, and the 250 WK minimum enzyme reserve handles a grist built mostly from specialty malts.
