Description
The lightest malt Solstice make, quoted at 1.5–2 SRM, with grassy and grainy notes. Floor-malted in Salt Lake City from Utah-grown barley. Solstice publish product notes but no analysis; extract, moisture and diastatic figures here are class typicals.
