Before you use it
Zinc is the limiting nutrient in most all-malt worts precisely because stainless kettles supply none, unlike the old copper vessels. One capsule is a full dose — this is not a nutrient to overdo.
Description
Yeast that has been grown to concentrate zinc in its own cell walls, then killed and dried, so the zinc arrives in a form yeast readily takes up. Sharpens attenuation and shortens lag on worts short of trace minerals.
