Description
Haná-grown spring barley germinated on the floors at Záhlinice and kilned pale. The slow, unforced germination is what brewers buy it for: a rounder, bready malt spine under a světlý ležák than a pneumatic pilsner malt gives. Sold in the US as Czech Bohemian Pilsner.
