Description
Rahr's sweeter pilsner malt: honey and sweet bread where their Premium Pilsner gives grain and cracker, with hay and a nutty edge behind it. Undermodified at a 38-40 Kolbach and built to lauter smoothly, and enzymatic enough at 110-160 Lintner to carry a grist of adjuncts alongside it.
