Description
The most enzymatic malt in this catalog: Rahr publish 200-300 Lintner and over 80 dextrinising units of alpha amylase, built for a bourbon mash that is mostly corn. A brewer will never need that much, but a few percent will convert a grist of flakes, oats or rye that nothing else in the tun can reach. Glycosidic-nitrile free, and neutral in flavor by design.
