Description
A distilling malt from two-row barley bred free of glycosidic nitrile, the compound that turns into ethyl carbamate in a still — a regulatory problem for spirits, and no problem at all for beer. What a brewer gets is a clean pale base with 125 Lintner behind it: earthy and grainy, with bread crumb and a green, sprouted note underneath.
