Description
Soft winter white wheat malted paler than Rahr's standard White Wheat, and the highest-extract malt they publish at 83 %. Sweet and lightly doughy, high in protein, and easier to mill than red wheat, which also makes it the better bet for the haze a Belgian white wants. Up to half the grist, or a tenth of it wherever the foam needs help.
