Description
Not a single malt but a blend of caramelized and roasted malts put together to land on one flavor: waffle biscuit, thick syrup caramel and a trace of cinnamon. In practice it behaves like a medium caramel malt — amber color, sweetness and body — with the cookie note on top. Suits dubbels, winter beers and dessert stouts.
