Before you use it
Sold as Booster Blanc by other makers. It is a preventative and not a cure: added after a beer has already oxidized it does nothing for the flavors already lost.
Description
Inactivated yeast selected for its glutathione content, which mops up oxygen radicals and protects the delicate aromatics that dry hopping and thiol work are meant to produce. Also lends a rounder mouthfeel, since the cell walls contribute mannoproteins.
