Description
Barley flaked and lightly toasted, pre-gelatinised so it needs no conversion of its own. Body and a clean cereal note for a stout, a cream ale or a hazy pale. The wort color is almost nothing at 2.6 EBC, though Muntons warn that a heavy dose still pulls the beer amber, and the moisture is high enough that the yield per sack is lower than the extract figure suggests.
