Description
Unmalted barley taken to 1500 EBC, and the difference from their black malt is the starch: never modified before roasting, so it finishes drier and sharper. This is the grain an Irish dry stout is built on, and it does the same work in a Baltic porter. The extract figure is class-typical, as Muntons publish only a floor for the roasts.
