Description
Ale malt from certified organic barley, and Muntons say plainly what that costs: so little organic barley is grown that the specification has to run wider than a conventional malt’s. Lower extract and a darker 10 EBC ceiling than their pale ale malt, and the enzyme figure is class-typical.
