Description
The base a proper mild is built on: British winter barley germinated and kilned to leave the wort a little less fermentable than a pale ale malt would, so the beer finishes sweeter and rounder at 5-7 EBC. Muntons also aim it at low-alcohol brewing, where body bought at the cost of attenuation is the whole point, and it takes a heavy load of adjunct. Enzyme figure class-typical.
